Enter through the grand entry and into the open floor plan which takes you to the formal living room, dining room, chef's kitchen, and out into the backyard with a large pool, spa, and 2-story waterfall. Head through the 22-ft atrium and up the stairs to find three secondary bedrooms and an exquisite master suite with a sitting room, private gym, custom walk-in closet, and balcony. This house is abundant with all the best. Top-of-the-line appliances include Sub Zero, Wolf and Miele. Custom Italian cabinetry, imported Italian tile, Fleetwood doors and Smart System control. This modern villa is a true entertainer's paradise.

- Client agrees that Owner, Property Management Company, Agent or authorized representative may access the Property with a minimum of 24 hours' notice to show the Property to prospective guests, vendors, or potential buyers. Agent shall notify Client in advance of any access and will coordinate with Client to schedule such access at a mutually convenient time if possible.

- Client agrees to maintain the Property in a clean and tidy condition, and to ensure that all personal belongings and valuables are secured during any showings or maintenance activities. You may also qualify for a complimentary touch-up cleaning.

It was an amazing place to stay although we did have issues with the hot tub so we weren't able to use it for the first two nights but then they sent somebody out to fix it so we were all good. Would love to stay here again. Highly recommend.

The house was incredible!

Hannah (and the entire team) was a pleasure to work with. The house was incredible- just as described and then some. Amazing location, super clean (they have a whole cleaning crew prior to check-in), safe, comfortable. We loved the location— a short walk to anything and everything that’s quintessentially LA. I stayed with a group of girls and all of us loved the safety of the home, which is really important. The team was super helpful regarding an earlier check-in and answered any questions I had within minutes via text or call. The home is beautiful and comfortable with enough space outdoor and indoor for a large group. We loved that shower and kitchen essentials were provided; a really nice touch! Can’t say enough good things about my experience with the property and the team!

Amazing house and excellent management!

Amazing house and excellent management. Took 3 kids on college tours for the week. We showed up 30 min early and the Maimon Group already sent instructions on how to get in. House was perfect. Tons of room, very sunny and airy. Master suite must be close to 1,500 sqft, with a sitting area, gym, large balcony, walk in closet, and huge bathroom. Each bedroom is large with its own bathroom and big walk in closets. Location was the main reason In chose the house, quick walk to Beverly Center, lots of nice restaurants, and can get to car rental and West Hollywood, Melrose Pl etc quickly. Maimon Group was great, always quick to answer questions, extremely responsive. House had plenty of shampoo, lotion, soap, towels, etc. I usually stay at the hotels in Beverly Hills, but traveling with 5 people this location was less than the cost of 3 rooms and significantly more space and amenities. Outdoors was great, ping pong table, grill, and hot tub heating was free of charge. Highly recommend.

Celebrated my 50th here with 4 other out of town guests. It was a perfect choice with each guest room being equally outfitted. The primary suite was enormous and the home in general is beautiful as you can tell from the pics. To my surprise all the bathrooms had TOTO toilets that made using the restrooms an enjoying experience! I no longer want to sit on regular toilets. I’m ruined. 😔
There were 3 issues that were relieved by the management team fairly quickly.
1. Dusty/dirty floors -we could tell from our feet. - Glad I bought everyone house slippers in the beginning.
2. Unwashed urine stained folded hand towel placed neatly by the sink in the primary bathroom. I noticed the stain and the smell after I used it. 😳
3. The Wolf stove wasn’t working so dinner was delayed and our chef had to wait until a tech came out to reset the circuit breaker outside. Also there were no stove instructions and we had to search online
Thankfully mgmt solved all the issues. I would stay here again!

The whole Maimon Group was super awesome! I rented the house for a surprise birthday and reunion with friends and it was the perfect size for all 5 of us. We really enjoyed our stay and the communication with the whole team. They have tons of properties and guests daily but you’d never know with the amount of personalized attention still received. Also, I’ve stayed in 100’s of airbnbs and I’ve never felt like one was so clean like this one! Would totally recommend and look forward to booking again in the near future!

Fantastic Property and Managers

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Everyone at Maimon Group was absolutely fantastic to work with - I really can't say enough good things about them. It started when they were able to find me the perfect house in WeHo on short notice, and continued until after we checked out of the rental property. Jasmine was super responsive and easy to communicate with throughout the booking process, and I got the feeling right away that this was going to be a seamless experience. Hannah met me on-site to walk me through the house when I arrived from the airport and made sure I knew where everything was located. During the stay, if there was anything I needed or any question I had, the team was just a text message away and were very quick to respond. They really went above and beyond in that respect. Towards the end of the 5 night stay, we wanted to extend by half a day and they were very reasonable with the terms and willing to accommodate.The house was absolutely lovely and perfect for our needs. Furniture was modern and clean, everything was presented well, wish all rentals were like this! On checkout, Ilana was there to make sure everything had gone smoothly. She is just a delight, and rounded out a perfect stay with the Maimon Group! (Did I want to hang out with her all afternoon chatting & sipping Waterloos....maybe ) Our company will be back to LA again, and they are the only people I want to work with!! Speaking of....I'm off to contact Jasmine for a colleague's personal LA booking! LOL)

Graduation luxury

Wonderful stay, huge master and comfortable everything. Not very private, neighbors are obviously very close and we tried to keep our noise level down as requested. Everything worked out well

Great stay

A very nice place to stay. Great outdoor pool with an amazing 15 ft waterfall! Clean, modern and spacious. Pool area is also shaded if looking to avoid too much direct sun. State of the art appliances, smart home controlled temperature for the home & pool/spa, Netflix/Amazon Prime on TVs. Can’t beat this place. Nice 10 minute walk to visit Nic’s on Beverly for outdoor patio dining. The owner/management team is very professional, organized and responsive.
