Step into the sleek granite entryway, custom spiral staircase, hardwood floors and vaulted skylit ceilings. The expansive open floor plan is ideal for larger groups and luxuriant amenities will surly impress! Take the stairs or hop in the private elevator to easily access all four levels. The main upper level boasts a large living room area with flatscreen tv and adjacent game room with arcade and billiards table.

The well appointed chef's kitchen with granite countertops is fully stocked with high end appliances, cookware, dinnerware, glassware and plenty of utensils - all you'll need to host that special gathering! Kitchen also includes a filtered water cooler and a collection of basic cooking spices, oil, flour and coffee. There's a formal dining room with seating for 8 as well as a spacious patio balcony with outdoor dining and a built in BBQ.

There are 6 private guest suites spread out between the homes' three interior floors - each has a private bathroom, smart TV with cable, Brooklinen bedding, hangars and clothes hamper.

Each en suite bathroom is equipped with hand soap, mouthwash, toilet paper, hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and bath linens. A private office located just off the game room can easily convert into a small 7th bedroom if needed.
