This is the second or third time I’ve used the Maimon group for a stay. They’re very on top of their business and are very flexible. I will always use them and appreciate their help! It was a beautiful home. Thank you

We had 8 people for the holidays and this place suited us very well. The house had plenty of spaces for smaller groups indoor and out, very comfortable furniture , well stocked kitchen, and breathtaking views on the extended balconies. The host was proactive, reaching out after checkin and after first night , and before checkout to ensure all well.

Maimon Group was proactive in their communication and very responsive. Incredible location and very easy stay. Recommend staying with them for any of their locations! I will definitely be returning.

We loved this place from the minute we entered. A beautiful view greeted us. Better than home from home. Everything was meticulous, and so many supplies. My family know I love my TV and there were TV's everywhere. The Maimon group were so friendly, helpful and responsive immediately if we had a question. So close to everything too. Would absolutely recommend. We miss it already. Thanks to everyone in the Maimon group, Theresa and family

I had an amazing stay at the Airbnb property in LA's Hollywood Hills. The house was absolutely stunning, just as portrayed in the pictures. Its captivating beauty left us in awe throughout the stay. Not only was it aesthetically pleasing, but it was also impeccably clean, making for a comfortable and welcoming environment. The location was unbeatable, with a mere 5-minute walk to the vibrant Sunset Boulevard. This proximity allowed us to explore numerous attractions and enjoy the vibrant atmosphere of the city. The communication with the host was top-notch. From the beginning, they provided us with clear instructions and promptly responded to any inquiries we had during our stay. Their warm and welcoming attitude made us feel valued and appreciated as guests. Without a doubt, we would love to return to this fantastic property in the future. It truly made our LA experience unforgettable, and we highly recommend it to anyone seeking a memorable stay in the Hollywood Hills area.

Firstly, thanks to Avery at Maimon. She helped us find this place on short notice. The place is beautiful, well kept up, everything works well. Certainly the only drawback is that (in booking so fast after being double booked at another house unrelated to Maimon) we didn’t know there was a 15 person limit to being on the property and had been planning to have a big group of friends over for a dinner. This caused ab issue, and we had to work with management’s security to get the crowd size down. Security was super nice and i was grateful for them. Would absolutely recommend this property for a tranquil beautiful home nearby to all the fun of West Hollywood. Maimon was definitely suuuper helpful and responsive as hosts. Thanks.
