The home was well located and quite well appointed for a self catering group. The main living area is spacious and comfortable, and the rooftop terrace is a lovely winter spot.

Fabulous place that met our needs - our organization had a board retreat - there is plenty of space for break out sessions as well large space for all of us to meet. Lots of outlets so able to plug in, internet worked well. We chose an airbnb because we have folks coming in from out of town who could stay in the space. Perfect set up where each had their own bathroom, separate from the general one in the meeting space and bedrooms separate enough for privacy and separation from meeting areas. Parking was not a problem, staff was responsive - very clean space and like the mrs meyers products.

We stayed at "The Broadway" in Venice which is managed by The Maimon Group. It was the perfect place to stay for 5 days at the end of a California trip: beautiful architecture, all rooms very clean, lovely details in decoration, cozy beds and great bathrooms - also details such as soap, spices, linen and towels plentiful available. Weber Grill for a barbecue on the rooftop terrace also clean and fully equipped. Getting hold of keys is convenient and communication with The Maimon Group super-easy, it's also appreciated that they always checked if all was okay. . It was a great stay - we would always return.

Stayed in Venice, California at a beautiful property that had a rooftop. Check-in was very easy, and hosts were available and communicative. The property was very well supplied with a great kitchen. Everything was stocked very well and made our stay extremely comfortable for the week that we stayed. The towels and linens were nice, you will not get the cheap stuff. If you like high quality stuff, this is the place to stay. The property had many areas to hang out and was in a great location. We have stayed in this part of California a few times and this property is our favorite. Thank you for a wonderful experience.
