Inside the home is a custom Italian full kitchen complete with an expansive island including bar seating, soft-close cabinets and Miele appliances. The adjoining dining space and great room are lined with glass pocket floors and a floor-to-ceiling fireplace. The beautiful master is complete with a luxurious bathroom, including a stand-alone tub, walk-in closet, and private balcony. Two en suite bedrooms with full baths complete the second floor, each with its own private use patios with views of the Hollywood Hills. The fifth bedroom is currently being used as a den and has a full sound system and bathroom, amazing for movie nights.

Located in the heart of Los Angeles, the property is just a short drive from Beverly Hills, Downtown LA with easy access to popular hotels, hot spots, public transportation, and top attractions such as tours, hiking, museums and more.

A great home with exemplary service!

Amazing home! Great for a family get together. Tuns of stores and restaurants near by and so much to do! Very clean home and so much room! The home was stocked with paper towels, toilet paper, towels and extra blankets so we didn’t have to buy any of those things which is always a plus! Amazing hospitality from the host. Response time was extremely fast never had a problem getting ahold of them. Would definitely come back here and would recommend to anyone looking for a great home with exemplary service.

Would I come back to this property!

The property is beautiful and very clean. There were some minor issues but the host was very responsive, even on a Sunday! Would I come back to this property ? Of course! Bien sur! Por supuesto!

The home is absolutely beautiful and very chic!

The home is absolutely beautiful and very chic. The pool and hot tub are fantastic. There are so many lovely little touches, including the multiple fireplaces, bathrooms in every bedroom, and great appliances. The host was incredibly responsive— they answered every question right away and were very flexible about last minute requests.

Would definitely use the Maimon Group again!
