On Oahu's southeast coast, Ocean House 4 Bedroom looks across Maunalua Bay toward Diamond Head from a dramatic Portlock estate. This 8,800-square-foot home centers on a 25-foot grand room, an infinity pool, and a hidden sand terrace with private ocean access to the Portlock tide pools.

What You'll Love About Ocean House 4 Bedroom

• An 8,800-square-foot estate with four bedrooms, five bathrooms, and space for 8 guests • The 25-foot grand room opens completely to the pool courtyard and ocean-facing yard • A hidden sand terrace with two chaise lounges above the shoreline • An infinity pool and jacuzzi that extend the horizon through the outdoor living space • Three ocean-view suites, plus an upstairs sitting room and a downstairs fitness area

Living & Dining

The grand room is the heart of Ocean House, with soaring 25-foot ceilings, an indoor waterfall, and wide ocean views that continue through the pocketing glass doors. The formal dining table and outdoor dining area give groups room to spread out, while the separate TV room offers another place to gather. The scale is generous without losing the connection to the coast.

Chef-Ready Kitchen

The open kitchen keeps the main living space in view, with a kitchen nook for slower breakfasts and a wine fridge for bottles selected along the way. A coffee maker, blender, rice cooker, mixer, microwave, dishwasher, and full cooking setup support everything from quick plates to dinners served outside. The kitchen sits close to the action while leaving the grand room as the visual center.

Outdoor Living

The doors disappear into the walls, turning the grand room into an indoor-outdoor gathering space facing the water. An infinity-edge pool and jacuzzi occupy the ocean side of the home, with loungers and outdoor seating arranged around the courtyard. Below, the sand terrace creates a quieter place to sit above the tide pools, where the shoreline brings shells, reef fish, and hermit crabs into view.
