FULL DESCRIPTION
Pacific Panorama is one of the most unique vacation rentals in San Diego, a mix between your own private resort and a Hollywood Hills mansion. The outstanding curved architectural design and expansive retractable glass walls are standout features meant to maximize the stunning 270-degree views from nearly every room.
Every level was designed to face outward. The Thermador chef’s kitchen, custom dining enclave for eight, and executive office with its own gas fireplace and sweeping views give groups of sixteen real space to spread out without any room feeling like overflow.
The entertainment features also set this vacation rental apart. The indoor-outdoor cocktail lounge with custom bar opens through retractable glass to the infinity-edge pool, outdoor kitchen, fire torches, and panoramic lounge terraces. A private cinema with 4K projection and tiered theater seating is one level below.
The rooftop Sky Lounge puts guests above everything for sunset hot tub sessions with the full coastal panorama from Pacific Beach to Mission Beach, to Downtown San Diego, the mountains and Mexico beyond. 4th of July firework shows and summer nightly drone shows at SeaWorld are a sight to behold from up here. The nearest beach is a mile away and the chic Village of La Jolla is a 10-minute drive.
Bluewater Vacation Homes manages this property with 24/7 guest support and verified booking.

Kate Sessions Memorial Park is a short walk from the front door, one of San Diego’s most celebrated viewpoints, with panoramic hilltop lawns, sunset picnics, and the same coastal sightlines that define this part of Pacific Beach.
The beach is approximately one mile down the hill, with Tourmaline Surf Park, the dedicated longboard break at the northern end of Pacific Beach, the closest surf access.
The dining and coffee scene along Cass Street and Turquoise Street is the neighborhood’s commercial spine. Enoteca Adriano anchors the upscale dinner end of Cass Street. Fig Tree Cafe, Leilani’s, and Java Earth are the breakfast and brunch institutions locals return to weekly. The Fishery is on Cass Street.
