- No Garage Access

-Client agrees that Owner, Property Management Company, Agent or authorized representative may access the Property with a minimum of 24 hours' notice to show the Property to prospective guests, vendors, or potential buyers. Agent shall notify Client in advance of any access and will coordinate with Client to schedule such access at a mutually convenient time if possible.

-Client agrees to maintain the Property in a clean and tidy condition, and to ensure that all personal belongings and valuables are secured during any showings or maintenance activities. You may also qualify for a complimentary touch-up cleaning.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This property has completely spoiled me - in the best way. Leaving was honestly excruciating because everything was perfect. This property is beautiful. Not only does it sit right in Bel Air, at the top of Beverly Hills, but the house itself is uniquely designed with incredible style and comfort. It’s modern yet still very cozy. The management group is phenomenal—they responded within minutes, addressed everything quickly, and solved any issues I had. This is truly a one-of-a-kind rental.
