- Client agrees that Owner, Property Management Company, Agent or authorized representative may access the Property with a minimum of 24 hours' notice to show the Property to prospective guests, vendors, or potential buyers. Agent shall notify Client in advance of any access and will coordinate with Client to schedule such access at a mutually convenient time if possible.

- Client agrees to maintain the Property in a clean and tidy condition, and to ensure that all personal belongings and valuables are secured during any showings or maintenance activities. You may also qualify for a complimentary touch-up cleaning.

What a great house!
What a great house - Jessica and Hannah were great hosts and the house was amazing. The only comment to make was that the lights were a little challenging to use and that there were no dish towels for the kitchen - outside of that, the house was great. Thanks for a wonderful holiday vacation.
