The grounds have the perfect mix of shade and sun, with plenty of space to spend time with your group, or step away for some alone time. The yard is a paradise and features a deep pool with a wide tanning shelf and heated outdoor soaking tub. The main pool area also has a built in BBQ, seating, lounge chairs, and a cozy firepit, just perfect for stargazing at night. Outdoor dining with seating for 8. Follow intimate pathways to more seating on the other side of the house with another firepit and views. The landscaping makes this hideaway feel like a private paradise, mature cactus, ficus, palms, trailing bougainvillea and the incredible mountains, all add to the magic of this very special property.
The main house has a free flowing floorplan with walls of glass that look out to private seating nooks, beautiful gardens, fountains, mountains, or the pool; depending which direction you look. The kitchen features top of the line Italian appliances from Bertazzoni and 4 seats at the island bar and 4 seats at the kitchen table. Two great rooms featuring lots of seating, TV, fireplace, and doors that open the room up to the outside. The dining room has seating for 6 and a large wet bar with prep area and wine fridge. The home is completely stocked with place settings, cooking utensils, and glassware. The game room is in a temperature controlled garage, and features doors that completely open up the game room to the side yard and mountains, ping pong, foosball, shuffleboard and a huge TV!
The Main House has two of the Guest Suites. The Master Suite has a King bed, TV and private doors to the pool and firepit. The en suite bathroom has a large shower and dual sinks. Suite 2 has a King bed, private doors to the pool, flatscreen TV and en suite bath with shower.
The next suite is in the beautifully restored 25 foot Spartan Aircraft Trailer. It features a living area with a couch and TV, a kitchen, bathroom with shower and a double bed. Lots of windows letting in the mountain views and a private deck off the back of the trailer. It's a cozy and intimate space.
The Garden View Guest House is down a set of steps and features a King bed, TV, decorative fireplace and en suite bath with dual sinks and a shower with a unique built-in rock bench. The Lower Guest house has 2 King bedrooms that share a Jack n Jill bathroom, living room, and walls of glass that look out to the mountains.

Or take Highway 111 East to Indian Wells home of the BNP Paribas Open or the Coachella Valley Music & Arts Festival in Indio.
