What is the Refund Policy?

Rental payments are refundable (less 50% of the total reservation rent and fees) if cancellation is received more than 60 days prior to the first night of the reservation. No refunds are given for cancellations made within 60 days of arrival, no-shows, early departures, or late arrivals.

What time is check-in for short-term stays?

Check-in is 4:00 pm local time. Depending upon availability, early check-in and late check-outs may be available for purchase. The access information will be shared prior to arrival in a timely manner. Check out time is 10:00 am and a friendly reminder will be sent out the day before. Guests are required to supply a copy of their valid US driver's license or passport, and a matching credit card upon arrival.  For reservations exceeding 28 days, guests are responsible for utility costs, which will be deducted from the security deposit.

What is the maximum number of guests allowed at the property for events?

The guest limit varies by property, as each has its own capacity. Typically two guests per bedroom are allowed, however we can provide you with a specific guest count based on the property you choose. This information will be provided to you during the booking process. For assistance in choosing a property based on guest count, please contact us at reservations@themaimongroup.com. Our dedicated concierge team is happy to personalize your stay. We can provide bespoke recommendations for your accommodations, arrival and departure experience, as well as suggestions for making your stay more comfortable for everyone. By providing us with information about your visit, we can take care to provide you and your guests with the best experience possible.

What is the maximum number of overnight guests allowed at the property?

The maximum number of overnight guests permitted is two per bedroom.  Any additional overnight guests require prior written approval from the Manager and incur a $500 per person per night fee.  Non-overnight visitors are limited to five (5) at any given time, and exceeding this limit results in a $500 per person per occurrence fine.  Guests under the age of 14 require prior notification.  Exceeding the maximum number of guests, whether overnight or visitors, can lead to penalties, including termination of the rental agreement.  The property is subject to surveillance, and violations may result in additional fines.

Are there any special event permits required?

Depending on the size and nature of your event, permits may be required. We can guide you through the process and help with any necessary paperwork. For more information, contact us at Events@themaimongroup.com.

What is included in the security deposit?

The security deposit covers damages to the property, lost rental fees due to damage caused by the guest, property damage, theft or loss of household items, excessive soiling or staining of linens, excessive utility charges, additional cleaning, and incidental services. It also guarantees payment for any defaults of the rental fee or other money owed to the manager.  The security deposit, or a portion thereof, may be used to cover any of these costs. Prior to check-in, a credit card authorization form is required. A portion may be held if additional cleaning or repairs are required after your stay.  The deposit will be returned within 21 days after check-out, less any deductions for damages or other applicable fees.

What is the policy regarding pets at the property?

Pets are not allowed at the property unless explicitly agreed to in writing by the Manager. Bringing unapproved animals or pets will result in a $1,000 per day fine for the duration of the stay.  Exotic or dangerous animals are strictly prohibited.  This restriction applies to all animals, regardless of size or breed.  Prior written approval is necessary for any animal to be brought to the property, and this approval may be withheld at the Manager's discretion.

How can The Maimon Group personalize my stay?

Our dedicated concierge team offers personalized experiences for each guest. We’re trained to inspire and delight based on individual needs and requests - going above and beyond normal expectations. Our inspired experiences are more than just adding on a luxury car service or in-property spa services. While we can certainly provide those offerings, we excel at listening to our guests, learning what they love and arranging a seamless experience from start to finish that exceeds their expectations. While no ask is too great, our team really shines when we let our creativity and connections surprise and delight our guests. Our imagination is the only limit. Please feel free to ask about our customary services, such as private chefs, luxury vehicles, private yacht charters, personal trainers, and more. 

Is live music allowed at the property?

Yes, live music is permitted, however quiet hours begin at 10 PM based on local noise ordinances per market to respect the neighborhood. The reservation will be specified based on property-specific house rules.

What are the parking restrictions?

Parking availability depends on the guest count. For larger events, guests are typically required to use ride-share services, valet, or shuttles. Our team can assist in arranging transportation for your guests. For more information, contact us at Services@themaimongroup.com. 

Can the Maimon Group help arrange additional services for our event?

Our team is happy to assist with any requests. We can arrange bartenders, entertainment, catering, and performances. What is our guest stay cancellation policy?

14 Days with 48 Hour Grace Period. Guests are entitled to a full refund if (i) Guest cancels the reservation within forty-eight (48) hours of booking; and (ii) the cancellation is initiated 14 or more days before the first night of Guest’s reservation. Rental payments are refundable (less 50% of the total reservation rent and fees, which are non-refundable) for cancellations received 14 or more days before the first night of your reservation. No full or partial refunds will be granted for no-shows or if you cancel within 13 days of the first night of your reservation, arrive after the first night of your reservation, or depart before the last night of your reservation. No refunds or compensation will be given if the Property is unavailable (or if it is available but difficult to reach) for any reason outside of our control, including but not limited to adverse weather conditions, natural disasters, mechanical failures, acts of government agencies, or utility outages. We advise our guests to obtain appropriate travel insurance. In addition, for any unforeseen circumstance Company reserves the right to relocate guests to another similar property, cancel the stay, or issue a credit for a future stay. In the event the reservation is moved, changed or a future stay credit is provided, the reservation will not be eligible for cancellation or refund. If you do not book direct, and instead book through a third party, additional fees and refund and deposit policies may apply (but all other terms and conditions remain the same). Please review the policies of any third party booking sites prior to confirming your booking.
