Casa Cenote is a beautiful and distinct five-bedroom home located in the quaint gated community of Puerto Aventuras. Just steps away from the tranquil Marina and situated on the third hole of the 9-hole golf course, Casa Cenote offers a unique blend of serene marina views and lush golf course scenery. While not beachfront, the villa is within walking distance of the beautiful beach and numerous aquatic adventures, including catamaran experiences, spear fishing, and sport fishing excursions.
The villa derives its name from the cenote (sinkhole) that it is built around, featuring an intricate freshwater system streaming beneath the property. This natural phenomenon is the centerpiece of Casa Cenote, highlighting the beauty and uniqueness of this luxury home.
With five bedrooms and four bathrooms, Casa Cenote comfortably accommodates up to 12 guests. Two bedrooms are located on the ground level, each with its own bathroom, while the remaining three bedrooms are on the upper level, with the master suite boasting an en-suite master bathroom and the other two bedrooms sharing a his-and-hers bathroom.
Casa Cenote prides itself on its exterior common areas, including a breezy rooftop terrace with a bar overlooking the marina and jungle, a palapa space for lounging or group activities such as yoga, meditation, or spa services, and a ground-level pool area perfect for sunbathing by day or enjoying evening BBQs and gatherings around a fire pit. This remarkable luxury home is well-suited for families, couples, or groups of friends seeking a tranquil getaway.

Casa Cenote offers a range of amenities designed to ensure your stay is comfortable and enjoyable. The villa features a rooftop terrace with a bar and palapa space for relaxation or group activities. On the ground level, guests can enjoy the pool area, sunbathing spots, and an evening BBQ area with a fire pit. The villa is equipped with air conditioning, organic toiletries, and Wi-Fi access throughout.

Staffing
To enhance your stay, Casa Cenote includes daily chef service (breakfast, lunch, and dinner) six days a week from 8 AM to 8 PM. The cost of groceries is not included, and a 20% shopping fee is applicable. The villa also includes housekeeping services and access to a Maya Luxe concierge who speaks English and Spanish. Casa Cenote ensures a seamless and luxurious experience with attentive and personalized service.
