- Client agrees to maintain the Property in a clean and tidy condition, and to ensure that all personal belongings and valuables are secured during any showings or maintenance activities. You may also qualify for a complimentary touch-up cleaning.

This property was absolutely gorgeous. Stunning views of downtown LA. Great outdoor spaces for lounging. Well appointed kitchen for cooking, and a well stocked coffee set up. The hosts from Maimon Group were very communicative and helpful. I would definitely recommend this property.
