Villa Tulkal's V-shaped architecture ensures every inch of its massive 14,452 sq. ft. space is well-utilized. The upper floor is almost entirely dedicated to suites, while the ground floor hosts common areas.
In the right wing, you'll find an entertainment room equipped with a TV, pool table, and foosball table. Step outside to discover an open-air dining and lounge area, perfect for al fresco dinners. Just a few steps away, you'll find one of our favorite spots: the bar and grill area, ideal for BBQ afternoons and sunset cocktails. The centerpiece of the property is the pool and sundeck area, perfect for soaking up the tropical sun on beach chairs and sunbeds. The left wing houses a fully equipped kitchen and a majestic wooden dining room, beautifully lit by a modern, organically-shaped artsy light piece, where everyone can gather to enjoy culinary creations from the in-house chef. After dining, you can retreat to the indoor lounging area, where floor-to-ceiling windows offer breathtaking ocean views. Here, you'll feel the soothing embrace of the sea as if it's a part of the room itself. Sit back and let the tranquil waves wash over your senses, offering the perfect spot for relaxation and reflection. It's undoubtedly one of the most serene and captivating areas of the house.
On the upper floor, you'll find eight beautifully crafted suites, each secured with its own access card. Inside, the rooms combine elegant wood and locally sourced fabrics and feature top-tier amenities like Nespresso coffee machines, Dyson hair dryers, and JBL speaker/clocks. Each room boasts its own balcony with stunning views of the Caribbean Sea.
